My family loves this recipe using the Slow-Cooker on a Sunday. We throw it in before church and have an afternoon free to enjoy while smelling our delicious dinner cook. Warning: Not a Fast Sunday meal.

Basic Roast
Ingredients
3 lbs
Beef roast
3 Tbsp
Onion, minced
1/4 C
Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
Beef bullion
1 Tbsp
Seasoned salt
2 tsp
Liquid smoke
Instructions
Adjust spices to taste. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker with 2-3 cups of water. Set on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
I usually use the "dump and looks good" method for this recipe.

Veggies

Instructions
Add baby carrots, cubed potatoes, diced celery, and other vegetables to taste. Serve on the side of the roast with dinner.
I use left-overs meat and sauce for Beef Stroganoff. The sauce also makes a great gravy.
